Frequently Asked Questions

How much are the camps?
-
£235 for our normal 5-day camps. Some of our camps don't operate for the full 5 days and these occur when there is a bank holiday in the same week. These camps are as follows - £195 for our 4-day camps (Easter week 1 and May camp).
What hours do the camp operate?
-
9.30am-4.30pm. Parents are welcome to drop children off between 9am and 9.30am each morning and collect between 4.30 and 4.40pm each evening as part of the day camp holiday price. Should you require extended hours there is the option of early care from 8am - 9am (£5) and late care from 4.40pm - 6pm (£6.50).
Are part-week bookings offered?
-
Our camps operate for the full week, and are timetabled as such to allow children to experience everything that we have on offer over the course of the week. We also have staff in place to support the running of the camp over the course of the week, therefore we are unable to accept bookings for individual days or part-week bookings.

What will they get up to?
-
From the beginning to the end of your child's jam-packed day, they will experience action, adventure and fun. Your child will engage in around six varied activities each day - these range from the energetic to the creative. We aim to ensure that every session is bursting with energy and fun. Our staff encourage every child to have a go, trying new activities in a safe environment. Rather than offering coaching sessions, our activities are supervised with a focus on fun. A list of what we have to offer is on our Camp Info page. We provide the timetable at the camp reception so you can see what fun your child is getting up to for the week!
What payment methods are accepted?
-
Credit/Debit Card
-
Bank Transfer
-
Childcare Vouchers
-
Tax-Free Childcare (Government scheme)
Does the whole balance have to be paid at the time of booking?
-
A deposit of £90 must be paid at the time of booking (through your preferred payment method)
-
The remaining balance must then be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the camp
Grouping requests
-
Children are grouped in similar ages. You have an opportunity to make a grouping request on our online booking system. If you have a specific request for your child to be grouped with a friend then we will endeavour to do so, however please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed due to reasons such as staffing ratios or groups already being full. It becomes more difficult to accommodate more than one grouping request per child, that's why we ask you to minimise the number of children you would like your child to be grouped with.
